Job Description

About the Role
Global Technology Partnerships covers ServiceNow's technology GTM portfolio across hyperscaler alliances, ISV and build partnerships, strategic technology relationships, and CRM partnerships. This role works closely with senior leadership across the organization to keep a large, matrixed team aligned on strategy, execution, and results.

This is a builder's role for someone who can operate with rigor across ambiguous, fast-moving priorities and produce executive-ready outputs with a clear point of view.

What You Will Do
Executive Communications
Lead preparation for recurring business reviews and executive updates across key partnerships, including the underlying analysis of performance and trends. Translate complex data into clear strategic narratives for senior leadership audiences.

Partner and GTM Strategy
Contribute to ecosystem and go-to-market strategy across the partnership portfolio, including work on commercial models and investment cases for senior stakeholders. Support cross-functional approval processes and represent the team's priorities in broader forums.

Program and Tooling Evaluation
Lead structured evaluations of the systems and processes the organization depends on. Design evaluation frameworks with defined criteria that hold up under executive scrutiny.

Operating Model and Org Design
Support the evolution of the team's operating model as priorities shift. Partner with leadership on org reviews, resource planning, and related guidance. Provide continuity across workstreams during leadership transitions.

Cross-Functional Program Management
Act as a strategic partner to leadership across the portfolio, translating ambiguous priorities into structured deliverables and driving them to completion on tight timelines.
 

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • 8-11+ years in partner strategy, GTM operations, or management consulting, ideally within enterprise software or a partner ecosystem
  • Track record building executive-ready analysis and narrative for senior leadership audiences
  • Experience contributing to commercial or partnership strategy at scale
  • Skill running structured evaluations that produce clear, defensible recommendations
  • Strong analytical skills, with judgment on which information matters to the story
  • Ability to influence and operate across a matrixed organization without formal authority
  • Background in enterprise technology or management consulting
