Business Development & Solution Strategy
- Serve as the primary technology advisor for strategic clients, participating in executive-level client discussions regarding technology strategy, innovation opportunities, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Partner with clients to identify business challenges, operational opportunities, and emerging technology needs.
- Lead discovery workshops, innovation sessions, and technology roadmap discussions with client stakeholders.
- Develop differentiated technology solutions that combine people, process, data, AI, and automation.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Solutions, GOS leadership, and account teams to develop technology growth strategies that support revenue expansion and client retention.
- Identify opportunities to introduce new products, digital capabilities, and technology services across the enterprise.
Innovation, Product Development & Market Enablement
- Identify, evaluate, and commercialize emerging tech, digital products, and innovative services
- Support the rollout and adoption of new technology products and strategic partnerships across the GOS portfolio.
- Develop go-to-market strategies, value propositions, positioning, and solution messaging for new technology.
- Provide market feedback and client insights to influence product roadmap and future technology investments.

- Own technology solution commercial strategy for strategic pursuits and complex client opportunities.

- Evaluate pricing approaches, licensing models, implementation costs, support needs, and operating expenses.
- Lead technology-related contract negotiations and support client discussions on scope, pricing, risk and value.
- Support annual planning, pipeline forecasting, and revenue growth initiatives for technology services and solutions.
Strategic Pursuits & Solution Leadership
- Lead end-to-end technology solution strategy for large, complex, and global client pursuits.
- Direct technology workstreams for strategic RFPs, RFIs, client presentations, and finalist discussions.
- Develop executive-level solution narratives that articulate business value, innovation, risk, and outcomes.
- Present technology strategies and recommendations to C-suite client stakeholders and executive decision makers.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for consistent solution design, commercial alignment, and operational feasibility.
Required Experience
- 10+ years of experience in technology consulting, digital transformation, technology sales, solution architecture, product strategy, or commercial real estate technology.
- Demonstrated success leading complex client engagements and executive stakeholder relationships.
- Experience developing and commercializing technology products, platforms, or service offerings.
- Experience building business cases and commercial models for technology investments.
- Proven ability to influence executive decision-makers and drive strategic business outcomes.
- Experience supporting technology transformations, workplace technology initiatives, AI programs, or digital products.
