The Director of Global Channel Marketing is responsible for building content and programs that drive partner engagement, pipeline growth, and revenue acceleration across corporate and channel priorities. This role partners closely with regional channel marketing, product marketing, enablement, and communications teams to ensure we scale demand through our partner GTM models, including MSPs, resellers, and strategic alliances.
What You Will Do
- Design integrated, multi‑touch channel campaigns that drive awareness, enablement, pipeline, and revenue for Sophos corporate and channel priorities through our partner ecosystem
- Build and execute channel programs aligned to Sophos’ campaign framework of “learn, promote, sell” while supporting various partner models, including MSPs, resellers, and strategic alliances.
- Collaborate on scalable frameworks for partner campaigns and programs that can be deployed globally and adapted regionally.
- Partner with demand generation, product marketing, and regional marketing teams to ensure strong execution and measurable outcomes.
- Define KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure channel marketing performance.
- Use insights and data to continuously optimize programs and prioritize investments.
- Work closely with regional marketing leaders, channel operations, product marketing, PR, and corporate communications.

What You Will Bring
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, with significant focus on channel or partner marketing.
- Proven experience working with MSPs, resellers, alliance partners, or indirect sales models—preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise technology.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands‑on execution capability.
- Experience working with a PRM platform to execute a content strategy.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and expertise in developing partner value prop messaging.
- Use of AI tools actively and fluently across day-to-day work, including developing content and messaging, building and maintaining frameworks, data analyzation, and effective communications.
- Experience in cybersecurity or managed services marketing.
- Familiarity with MDF programs and partner enablement platforms.

Preferred
In the United States, the base salary for this role ranges from $135,000 to $225,000. In addition to base salary, we offer additional compensation including bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package. A candidate’s specific pay within this range will depend on a variety of factors, including job-related skills, training, location, experience, relevant education, certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
