Role Overview:

We're looking for a Regional Director, Enterprise Sales who will be responsible for leading a team of Account Executives. In this role you will be asked to drive revenue growth, retain and attract new talent, and grow your customer base within your assigned territory. You will be recognized as a sales leader throughout the company; setting the tone and pace for your specified region. We are looking for an entrepreneurial sales leader…someone who thrives in a fast paced, rapidly evolving environment. You’ll spend your time developing and executing sales strategies, mentoring your team, and strategically partnering with groups across the organization.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage daily and weekly activities, pipelines, forecasts and closed deals to ensure repeatable, predictable above-quota results based on successful pipeline management.

  • Build, measure, and optimize a repeatable sales process to successfully achieve targeted sales objectives.

  • Recruit, hire, and manage a growing team of experienced Account Executives to achieve individual and company sales targets.

  • Empower your team with scalable systems and repeatable processes to increase AE’s sales skills, product and industry knowledge, and professional habits.

  • Create a team culture that’s positive, motivating, and performance driven.

  • Develop specific and targeted goals to expand and accelerate revenue opportunities within their unique customer sets.

  • Track and report key growth metrics to assess individual and team performance.

  • Find innovative and creative ways to improve and increase performance.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Minimum (10) years of professional sales experience in a relevant domain with a minimum of (5) years leading a team, preferably Enterprise.

  • You’ve closed enterprise business and have a personal history of repeatedly exceeding your past individual contributor quota so you can train AEs on how to be successful in the role.

  • You have great people skills and have shown the ability to recruit, hire, and manage talented people.

  • You’re able to build scalable processes, and you have the analytical skills to optimize them over time.

  • Experience using modern sales tools such as LinkedIn, Salesforce, etc.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
