Responsibilities:
  • Drive technology optimization for PPA for sub-2nm and future process nodes, with a focus on floorplan, IP, Tech, PG, and implementation and signoff convergence.
  • Develop and optimize SoC and core floorplan methodologies for hierarchical and multi-die implementations.
  • Translate foundry and DTCO capabilities into production implementation strategies for libraries, memories, routing resources, power delivery, clocking, and design-rule utilization.
  • Build scalable automation and AI-assisted methodologies for technology exploration, PPA optimization, floorplan evaluation, and convergence.
  • Optimize solutions by working with IP, architecture, implementation, and package teams to establish reference methodologies for advanced-node and 2.5D/3D products.

Required Skills and Experience :
  • Advanced-node technology and implementation expertise.
  • Hands-on experience with hierarchical SoC floorplan, feedthrough, and integration.
  • Proficiency with low-power methodologies, UPF-based implementation, chip finishing, and sign-off flows.
  • Strong programming and scripting skills, including Python, C, EDA tools, Git, and distributed compute environments.
  • Proven track record to lead technical initiatives across multi-functional groups and work effectively with architecture, build, foundry, EDA, and ecosystem partners.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

"Nice To Have" Skills and Experience :
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted build automation and large-scale PPA exploration.

Salary Range:
$308,600-$417,500 per year
