Essential job functions:
- Leads the design of future-state, enterprise-wide, end-to-end business processes across assigned domains (e.g., PLM, P2P, F2R, O2C, R2R), ensuring harmonization and standardization across brands and functional towers to enable a scalable enterprise operating model.
- Establishes, governs, and maintains enterprise process standards, including process taxonomy, hierarchy, naming conventions, BPMN 2.0 modeling standards, version control, and lifecycle management to ensure consistency, quality, and reusability.
- Owns enterprise deployment, governance, and adoption of SAP Signavio as the standard platform for process modeling, collaboration, process intelligence, and performance management, serving as the system of record for enterprise processes.
- Maintains a centralized enterprise process repository that ensures transparency, traceability, audit readiness, and clear linkage between process decisions, system design, data standards, and business outcomes.
- Partners with Business Functional Transformation Tower Leads to align detailed functional designs into a cohesive E2E process model, proactively identifying and resolving cross-functional dependencies, gaps, and design conflicts.
- Collaborates with Business Data and Technology Data Leads to ensure alignment between business processes, master data standards, canonical data models, and transactional data design, enabling clean handoffs into system build and integration.
- Partners with Technology Transformation Leads and Solution Architects to ensure approved business processes are accurately reflected in system configuration, integrations, and solution design, maintaining traceability from process to build.
- Establishes and governs enterprise process performance management, defining KPIs, value drivers, and measurable outcomes to ensure process decisions support transformation objectives, value realization, and continuous improvement.
- Serves as the enterprise authority for assigned E2E value streams, providing executive-level guidance, facilitating governance decisions, identifying opportunities for simplification and automation (including analytics and AI enablement), and mentoring process owners, analysts, and SMEs (approximately 7-10 direct and indirect resources), including system integrator and embedded partner contributors.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Finance, or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise business process design, governance, or large-scale ERP/transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional end-to-end process harmonization across complex organizations supporting large-scale ERP transformations.
- Demonstrated experience in the retail and/or grocery industry, with direct exposure to complex, multi-banner or multi-brand operating models.
- Experience implementing SAP Signavio or comparable enterprise process intelligence platforms.
- Deep knowledge of BPMN 2.0 process modeling standards and enterprise process governance practices.
- Strong understanding of ERP-enabled business transformation (SAP S/4HANA preferred).
- Proven ability to work across multiple domains and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and executive presentation skills.
- 25% travel required on average, with fluctuations by program phase; in-person work will be expected across campuses as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or advanced degree.
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) or similar process certification (CBPP, TOGAF).
- Experience establishing or leading a Process Management Center of Excellence.
