We are looking for an experienced Director of Education to join our team at Universal Technical Institute! In this role, you will lead and support our faculty, oversee curriculum delivery, and ensure our students receive top-tier, hands-on training for high-demand careers in automotive, diesel, HVAC, welding, and more.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the Education Revolution: Supervise daily operations, manage budgets, and build a stellar Education team.
  • Craft the Ultimate Student Experience: Develop, train, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional education and support.
  • Champion Compliance and Integrity: Ensure UTI's operations adhere to legal standards and accrediting bodies.
  • Be a Campus Hero: Fulfill Campus Security Authority (CSA) duties with diligence and care.
  • Build an All-Star Team: Establish and maintain a motivated, high-performing team through effective training and development.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Business Administration or Management preferred).
  • Experience: 5 years of leadership or management experience.
  • Project Management and strategic thinking prowess.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong people and leadership abilities.
  • Time management, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
