Oversee campus financial aid and student account operations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations. Lead, develop, and evaluate staff; manage grants, loans, scholarships, work-study, and default management programs; and provide guidance to students and families. Collaborate with campus departments and external agencies, improve processing efficiency and student satisfaction, monitor performance metrics, resolve complex issues, and drive continuous operational improvement.

Supports students in preparing for employment through resume assistance, mock interviews, career counseling, workshops, job-search guidance, employer events, and career fairs. Builds relationships with employers, promotes advanced training programs, follows up with students and graduates, verifies employment outcomes, and maintains accurate records to meet regulatory standards.

Leads the education department and manages instructors, including professional development, training, program quality, compliance with legal and accreditation standards, student support, cross-functional problem-solving, and team engagement. The role requires strong leadership, communication, strategic thinking, project management, decision-making, and computer proficiency.

Supports prospective and active students throughout the financial aid process by explaining federal aid, FAFSA, loans, scholarships, and funding options; ensuring accurate, timely paperwork; maintaining follow-up; resolving barriers; and coordinating with admissions, student services, education, employment services, and accounting teams. Advisors manage assigned student workloads, promote enrollment or persistence, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver compassionate, service-focused guidance.

Leads campus education operations, supervises and develops faculty and staff, manages budgets, oversees curriculum delivery and student experience, ensures compliance with legal and accrediting standards, and fulfills Campus Security Authority duties. Builds a high-performing education team through training, communication, strategic thinking, and effective leadership.
