This person will oversee an integrated team of content leads focused on executive thought leadership, developer engagement, demand generation, partner content, and social media.

You'll unify content planning across multiple teams, ensure alignment with GTM campaigns and persona strategies, and elevate our storytelling across platforms. - • Lead and mentor a team of content experts aligned to key personas and go-to-market priorities.
- • Set the editorial vision and manage strategic themes, content calendars, and brand alignment.
- • Develop repeatable frameworks for messaging, storytelling, and content reuse.
Social media & thought leadership activation
- • Build a unified social media strategy that reflects our key personas and strengthens Dynatrace presence by building channel specific strategies.
- • Guide team and internal partners on content planning, thought leadership amplification, and executive activation across channels.
- • Ensure social efforts are fully integrated with broader content and campaign initiatives.
Editorial enablement
- • Ensure narrative cohesion across all content by helping teams connect their work to Dynatrace core messaging, value pillars, and strategic themes.
- • Act as a strategic partner to content leads, helping them refine their ideas, sharpen positioning, and elevate storytelling across personas and funnel stages.
- • Guide the development of frameworks, messaging maps, and editorial guidance that help the broader team (and contributors) create high-quality content faster.
- • Review and advise on high-impact content and campaign assets to ensure they reflect our brand voice, tone, and differentiated point of view.
- • Collaborate with the content operations director to ensure editorial vision and enablement tools are well-integrated with planning and execution workflows.
- • Promote a culture of editorial excellence by championing clarity, depth, and audience relevance in every asset we publish.
Team leadership & development
- • Provide strategic guidance, mentorship, and editorial leadership to a high-performing content team, empowering each member to do their best work and grow in their craft.
- • Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability where content leads feel supported, connected, and motivated to innovate.
- • Drive quarterly and annual planning cycles across the team, ensuring alignment with GTM strategy, campaign priorities, and business outcomes.
- • Lead capacity planning and resourcing decisions across content streams, helping the team prioritize effectively while maintaining high standards.
- • Serve as a coach and sounding board for team members, helping identify skill development opportunities, unblock challenges, and advance their career goals.
- • Champion cross-team collaboration by helping your direct reports build strong relationships across product marketing, campaigns, developer relations, and beyond.

- 10+ years in editorial or content marketing leadership roles in B2B technology.
- • Proven ability to lead content teams and unify strategy across diverse audiences.
- • Strong knowledge of social-first content planning and performance KPIs.
- • Excellent collaborator with experience in matrixed environments.
- • Deep understanding of enterprise software, developer ecosystems, or SaaS preferred.
