THE OPPORTUNITY:
You will be responsible for Business Unit level Quality Assurance division activity, including Supplier Development / Supplier Quality / Third Party Manufacturing, Division Quality Engineering, quality program management, & quality data science developments. You will be the key contact to coordinate cross-functional success with division Procurement, division Operations Engineering, and R&D Transfers to commercial Manufacturing.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON:
- Technical & strategic guidance to the Division Quality Assurance team / engagement & alignment with key cross-functional partners in Operations, Engineering, and R&D
- Evolve and engage the Supplier Development / Supplier Quality / Third Party Manufacturing to improve yield and cost performance in the supply chain linkage between vendors and CRM manufacturing lines.
- Establish robust controls and expectations for transfer of designs from R&D to commercial manufacturing
- Establish & guide Quality program management and data science to drive efficiency and effectiveness improvements for QMS activities
- Evolve and engage the Division Quality Engineering to complete NCMRs, CAPAs, and other common engineering demands
- Talent development and management, organizational development, budget management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Science, or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in Quality, Operations, Engineering, or related technical areas.
- Experience working in a regulated quality system environment. Medical device quality experience preferred.
- Proven leadership in Supplier Quality, Engineering Quality and design transfers from R&D to commercial manufacturing.
- Experience leading risk management, quality program management, and cross‑functional technical initiatives.

$172,000.00 – $344,000.00In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
