The Director of Digital & Social Communications will lead digital content strategy, manage social media presence, collaborate with executives, track performance, and identify trends.
Match Group is seeking a Director of Digital & Social Communications to lead day-to-day execution of our digital content strategy across owned social channels and support executive visibility in digital spaces & emerging content formats. This role is critical to translating Match Group’s corporate narrative into compelling, social-first storytelling that reinforces brand reputation, drives stakeholder engagement, and supports business priorities.
You’ll collaborate closely with senior executives, internal cross-functional teams, and external agency partners to deliver cohesive and compelling digital communications. The ideal candidate is a creative and detail-oriented communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments and brings strong instincts for real-time content and editorial strategy (read: you are a phenomenal, quick writer).
How you'll make an impact:
- Manage Match Group’s corporate social media presence, including content development, publishing, channel operations, and community management across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and emerging platforms like YouTube Shorts, TikTok and Threads.
- Translate business milestones, executive visibility moments, media coverage, and campaign messaging into platform-native content.
- Support executive social media visibility by drafting posts, managing accounts, and providing strategic guidance for senior leaders.
- Work cross-functionally with Corporate and Brand teams (Tinder, Hinge, etc.) to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with the broader comms team and manage relationships with external agencies to support strategy, content production, and execution.
- Track content performance, audience engagement, and channel growth; use insights to continuously refine strategy and reporting.
- Contribute to the development and execution of integrated communications campaigns that extend across digital and traditional channels.
- Identify emerging digital trends and cultural moments to inform real-time engagement and innovation across platforms.

- You have 8+ years of experience in digital and social communications, content strategy, or digital marketing.
- You have strong copywriting and editorial skills with the ability to adapt voice/tone for executives and platforms.
- You have hands-on experience managing social media channels for a company or brand—preferably within a fast-moving, highly visible organization.
- You are skilled in social media tools and analytics; ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- You have excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and timelines with precision and quality.
- You are highly collaborative with a growth mindset and creative instincts for content formats and channel innovation.
- Experience with corporate, executive communications or financial content is a plus!
