What extra ingredients you will bring:
The base salary range for this position is $106,300 to $146,200; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time. Some of these benefits have eligibility requirements. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.

This role develops and executes solutions in organizational change, supply chain activation, product portfolio management, and stakeholder engagement.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Net zero strategy: Define and implement sustainability strategies in the consumer-packaged goods industry, including supply chain, operations, and retail. Assist with ESG integration, including corporate governance and corporate reporting.
- Internal Engagement: Act as a sustainability advocate and connector across internal teams, driving alignment between sustainability, sales, marketing, and customer teams to embed sustainability into commercial planning and help develop a culture of sustainability across the business.
- Climate-related risks and opportunities: Assess and report corporate climate risks (physical and transitional) and opportunities with knowledge of climate change science, policy frameworks, climate-related risk disclosure frameworks, and the associated financial and non-financial impacts of an organization.
- Qualitative and quantitative risk analysis: Communicate complex risk concepts and findings to cross-functional partners, leaders, and other stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner with a science- and metrics-based orientation. (Comfort with high-level financial analysis ROI, P&L, and discounted cash flow modeling.)
- Scenario analysis: Help explore beyond typical planning horizons of and to the organization and increase business capacity for climate change adaptation.
- Climate disclosure: Navigate evolving landscape of climate disclosure regulation and assist with regulatory compliance.
- Sustainability frameworks: Navigate common sustainability frameworks such as GHG Protocol, TCFD, CDP, SBTi, TNFD, CSRD, EU Taxonomy.
- Agile Problem Solving: Operate with a solutions-oriented mindset in a dynamic environment. Prioritize effectively, navigate ambiguity, and move quickly from idea to execution.

- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or related field is a plus
Job specific requirements:
- 3-7 years of relevant experience, with greenhouse gas accounting, climate/net zero strategy, and/or sustainability project management.
- Strong communicator with the ability to synthesize complex sustainability topics into simple, actionable insights.
- Collaborative and cross-functional-excited to work across teams and disciplines to create integrated plans.
- Curious and entrepreneurial, always looking for new ways to bring value to our customers and our planet.
