About the Role:
CrowdStrike is building the first unified Digital Experience organization in the company's history. At the center of that organization is a simple but ambitious idea: CrowdStrike.com should function as a product — with a roadmap, a point of view, and a relentless focus on how prospects and customers move from awareness to action.
The Director of Digital Product will own that vision. This is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and executing the digital product strategy across CrowdStrike.com — from the experience architecture that governs how the site is structured, to the personalization engine that adapts it to individual buyers, to the AI-powered engagement layer that will guide prospects through complexity at machine speed.
This role leads the Digital Product pillar and reports directly to the VP of Digital Experience.
This position is open to remote candidates.
What You'll Do:
Own the digital product vision and roadmap for CrowdStrike.com, translating business objectives and buyer intelligence into a prioritized sequence of experience improvements, personalization capabilities, and conversion optimizations
Lead the Digital Product pillar including product management, UX design, and search and AI discoverability functions
Define and govern the experience architecture that determines how prospects and customers navigate CrowdStrike's digital properties from first awareness through trial and purchase
Build and own the journey orchestration strategy in partnership with Marketing Technology, driving the transition from a static content destination to a dynamic, personalized buying experience
Partner with Performance Marketing, Digital Intelligence, and Engineering to ensure the digital product roadmap is informed by data, technically executable, and connected to pipeline outcomes
Establish product management discipline across the digital organization — intake governance, roadmap prioritization, sprint cadence, and stakeholder alignment
Lead the development of Falcon Guide, CrowdStrike's AI-powered digital advisor, from concept through phased execution
What You'll Need:
10+ years of experience in digital product management, with demonstrated success owning a complex digital experience at scale
Proven track record building AI-powered or personalization-driven digital experience systems
Deep understanding of the buying journey and the experience design principles that accelerate it
Experience leading cross-functional product teams including product managers, UX designers, and technical SEO or discoverability specialists
Strong command of the technical architecture that supports modern web experience delivery — headless CMS, personalization engines, journey orchestration platforms, and analytics infrastructure
Executive communication capability — able to translate complex product strategy into clear business outcomes for senior leadership
Bonus Points:
Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud — AEM, Target, CJA, or AJO
Background in cybersecurity, enterprise SaaS, or other complex B2B buying environments
Experience building or scaling a PLG or trial-to-paid digital motion
Familiarity with AEO, GEO, or LLM-driven search optimization as a product discipline
