Essential Functions
- Focuses on developing strategies, driving execution, and scaling a high-performing team to drive demand generation and revenue growth through digital channels
- Craft and execute demand-generation strategies and account-based marketing programs across key digital channels such as social, display, search, and web
- Lead digital strategy to include consumer insights, digital media, lead generation, ad management, and e-commerce.
- Oversee Business Intelligence and analytics to turn insights into action-customer acquisition, engagement, and retention (customer lifecycle) process through from ideation to execution.
- Optimize full-funnel digital campaigns to generate high-quality leads, maximize ROI, and drive pipeline and revenue growth
- Oversee the digital media budget, ensuring effective allocation and execution across channels to meet revenue goals and maximize spend efficiency
- Define, validate, and standardize within the organization the core KPIs and operating metrics that will be shared
- Lead diligence, hands-on (and limited agency) implementation, and continuous refinement of the digital media mix through media mix modeling and multi-touch attribution first party/in house capabilities and third-party service providers.
- Manage a team of hands-on digital marketing specialists, vendors and external resources to help support digital marketing efforts.
- Report regularly on performance metrics, business impact, and insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making
- Collaborate with sales, product marketing, and marketing technology teams to ensure alignment and optimize the buyer journey across digital touchpoints
Knowledge, Skills
- Data-driven approach to marketing.
- Expert-level proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and utilizing analytics to inform strategic decisions.
- Strong capability in testing, optimizing KPIs, and driving revenue growth through conversion rate optimization.
- Demonstrated expertise in planning, launching, and managing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across diverse channels, including social media, display advertising, search engine marketing, and web properties.
- Proficient in utilizing various ad platforms, such as Google Ads and Meta.
- Advanced skills in marketing automation tools for campaign setup, tracking, and lead management.
- Extensive experience with platforms like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Deep understanding of audience segmentation principles and the ability to develop and implement targeted marketing strategies for specific audience groups.
- Proven ability to think strategically and creatively to analyze complex data, synthesize insights, develop recommendations, and execute effective action plans.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and material preparation skills
Education & Experience / Licenses & Certification
- Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required and MBA or master's degree preferred
- 8-10 years leading Digital Marketing teams with experience building in house performance marketing capabilities

- Graduate Degree
Work Environment/Physical Requirements
Works in an office environment sitting at a desk, table or computer workstation for extended periods of time. May travel by car, plane or other form of transportation to attend business meetings or conferences. Approximately 50-80 percent of the time spent on the job involves the use of a personal computer.
