The Opportunity

Seamless is seeking a data-driven, strategic, and execution-focused Director, Demand Generation to own and scale our customer acquisition engine. In this role, you will lead the strategy and execution of programs that drive pipeline, accelerate sales cycles, and deliver predictable revenue growth.

You’ll work cross-functionally with our revenue team to create integrated campaigns that fuel our funnel from awareness through close.

Responsibilities
  • Own the strategy, execution, and performance of all marketing campaigns to drive users, demos and revenue across the customer lifecycle 
  • Oversee all lifecycle and nurture email campaigns across marketing and sales funnels
  • Drive segmentation, lead scoring, and behavioral-based automation
  • Collaborate with sales/ops on routing, MQL optimization, and data hygiene
  • Optimize CAC, CPL, ROAS, and other acquisition KPIs in B2B campaigns
  • Increase qualified lead volume while improving customer acquisition cost (CAC)
  • Drive conversion rate uplift across Content, Landing Pages and nurture flows
  • Launch high-performing campaign initiatives to drive traffic, impressions, demos and sales.

Skillset
  • 5+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing, preferably in SaaS or high-growth tech
  • Expertise across paid channels, automation tools (Customer.io, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.), CRO platforms, and analytics tools
  • Proven ability to scale multi-channel campaigns
  • Strong grasp of funnel metrics, data interpretation, and optimization strategies
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, design, product, and people teams
  • A bias for testing, iterating, and moving fast
Education & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in B2B SaaS or a GTM org that closely supports sales enablement
  • Have managed marketing support for recruiting initiatives, employer brand, or job boards
  • Love tools like Segment, Amplitude, Unbounce, or Seamless
