The Circle Internship Program is a 12-week, remote-first experience running from May 26 to August 14, 2026, designed to give interns hands-on experience building the future of global finance. Interns work on meaningful, real-world projects that support Circle's mission to enable the frictionless exchange of value.
The program includes three in-person experiences designed to deepen learning and connection:
Throughout the summer, interns are supported by managers, mentors, and a close-knit cohort, with opportunities for learning, growth, and exposure to leaders across the company.

This internship offers hands-on experience across foundational HR programs and a unique opportunity to see how a high-impact team shapes employee experience and helps power Circle's global growth.

What you'll work on:
- Help shape the intern experience by coordinating events, analyzing feedback, and sharing insights to enhance early-career talent programs
- Support key experiences like the onboarding process, and lead a focused project to localize onboarding for the APAC region, including benchmarking how top tech companies tailor new hire experiences for regional needs
- Contribute to Circle Center, our go-to digital resource for people managers and employees, by building out content that supports critical people programs
- Support learning and development initiatives, including research and proposal development for a Learning Rewards Program
- Support performance programs by creating and maintaining resources for feedback and year-end review processes
- Assist with process documentation across the People team, including drafting policies and standard operating procedures
- Explore how AI tools and automation can streamline People & Workplace operations and improve team efficiency
What you'll bring to Circle:
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging content for internal documentation and digital resources
- Interest in research, benchmarking, and turning insights into thoughtful recommendations for program improvement
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with experience managing content and projects using tools like Google Workspace and Slack
- Passion for employee experience, especially in areas like onboarding, performance, learning, or early-career programs
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and regions, with cultural awareness and curiosity about global HR practices
- Enthusiasm for exploring how AI and automation can improve workflows and drive team efficiency
