Who we’re looking for:

The Director of Database Management will be responsible for leading the company’s database systems, API data integrations, ETL processes, and assist with Tableau analytics. This role combines hands-on technical work with strategic leadership to ensure reliable, secure, and actionable data across the organization.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Oversee database administration (performance, security, backups, compliance).
  • Design, build, and manage ETL pipelines and API data integrations.
  • Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports for business insights.
  • Align technology initiatives with business goals.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field.
  • 8+ years in database/ETL/BI roles.
  • Proficiency with SQL databases, ETL tools, APIs, and Tableau.
  • Strong communication, project management, and data security skills.
