What are we looking for?

SentinelOne is seeking a Director of Sales to be responsible for managing a regional team of Commercial Field Account Managers. Success in this role is dependent on the ability to implement and manage an effective sales strategy and operational program and cadence. This includes working to build strong, productive relationships with prospects, customers, partners, and within the team; recruiting and onboarding new customers; and focusing on growing new business opportunities.

What will you do?
  • Lead a regional team of Commercial Field Account Managers.
  • You’ll be responsible for the achievement of your team's regional quota attainment. 
  • Coach, guide, and lead your team to create our next generation of sales leaders.
  • Lead your team in creating account and territory plans with tactical execution to gain wallet share from existing customers and market share from the competition.
  • Establish and maintain key customer and partner relationships.
  • Develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base within your region.
  • We’re consistently executing as One Team: Partner with Sales Engineering, Our Channel Organization, Partners, Professional Services, Customer Success, Marketing, and Support to close deals, drive revenue and adoption.
What skills and knowledge should you bring?
  • Ability to build a strategic plan and execute that plan, delivering expected results.
  • Ability to prioritize engagement and support in line with the Division’s strategic focus is necessary.
  • Proven sales management experience, meeting or exceeding targets,  developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Proven experience running an effective operational program and cadence that includes a focus on Pipeline Generation, Account and Opportunity Planning aligned with MEDDPIC opportunity qualification methodology, and experience working collaboratively with partners, channel, GSI, and Hyperscalers to drive incremental revenue and supporting your partner’s revenue growth.
  • Candidates will show how they have been able to adopt new perspectives and build relationships that cross organizational boundaries, and, as a result, build out a web of support and contacts that they will work with daily internally and externally with an extensive and strong partner organization.
  • Excellent listening, organizational, negotiation, and presentation skills, strong oral and written communication, and the ability to persuade others to a particular point of view.
  • Prior experience in a high-growth, fast-paced, and fun environment
  • Candidates should embrace a growth mindset, exhibit intellectual and emotional intelligence, technical acumen, and a passion for security, love collaborating and working well with others, and bring energy and fun to the role every day.
  • It’s a plus if the candidate has existing built relationship with channel partners in the area
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent

This U.S. role has a base pay range plus commissions that will vary based on the location of the candidate. For some locations, a different pay range may apply. If so, this range will be provided to you during the recruiting process. You can also reach out to the recruiter with any questions.
Base Salary Range
$101,250$130,000 USD
