This role will lead business development efforts in Asia Pacific, driving growth and expansion into new markets. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive capture strategy, identifying and winning new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. This role is critical to supporting Allies and enhancing our mission of supporting those who support us.

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

This role is critical to supporting Allies and enhancing our mission of supporting those who support us.
- This role will require 50% of travel both domestic and internationally.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute International Capture Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive capture plan to identify, pursue, and win strategic new business opportunities in Asia Pacific aligning with our company's mission and goals.
- Business Development: Identify and develop new business relationships, partnerships, and opportunities, leveraging your network of Foreign Military Sales and international sales colleagues, and industry expertise to capture major programs.
- Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, informing our pursuit strategy and business development efforts.
- Proposal Development and Management: Lead the development of high-quality proposals, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with client requirements, value expectations, and our company's standards.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional customer service and identifying opportunities to expand our services and support.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business development, sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of our capture strategy.
- Performance Metrics and Monitoring: Establish and track key performance metrics, monitoring progress against our capture strategy and adjusting as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field and 12 years work experience or equivalent experience
- Experience in Defense Business Development, Capture Management, or a related, with a focus on international markets
- Experience working in International Markets, with an understanding of Foreign Military Sales (FMS), Direct Commercial Sales (DCS), as well as foreign cultural and regulatory nuances
- Experience in People Management, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams
- Ability to develop and execute a comprehensive capture strategy, aligning with our company's mission and goals
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions, client needs, and internal priorities
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, building strong relationships and driving results
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills

- Professional Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as APMP or CPP
