What You’ll Do:
- Identify & Source Partners: Research and identify potential integration partners across the automotive software landscape, including CRM, DMS, and Digital Retailing platforms.
- Partnership Development: Create and sustain a strong pipeline of partnership opportunities. Lead efforts in discovering, evaluating, and engaging with prospects.
- Negotiate and close: Lead partnership discussions, establish integration agreements, and oversee contract execution with legal and executive teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to align partnership objectives with product roadmaps, go-to-market strategies, and technical integration needs.
- Program Management: Oversee integration project timelines, coordinate partner onboarding, and ensure successful launches.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the automotive and mobility space.
- Metrics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators for partnerships and provide regular progress updates to leadership.
What You’ll Have:
- 10+ years of experience in B2B automotive.
- Strong knowledge of automotive industry technology.
- Experience with dealership operations, F&I processes, compliance requirements, technology ecosystem, and the role of credit in the sales process.
- Demonstrated success in business development and strategic partnerships.
- Strong negotiation skills and keen attention to detail.
- Experience collaborating with technical teams on integration projects.
- Highly self-motivated, resourceful, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
