Oversees warehouse operations, managing a team of employees who receive, handle, store, and dispatch products, systems, and services to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet warehouse demands as per production schedules and workflow.

• Develops and maintains departmental work instructions for all tasks. • Codes and prepares proper receipt/dispatch paperwork.

• Ensures maintenance of equipment and facilities.

• Identifies and recommends technical equipment and facility improvements as necessary.

• Optimizes warehouse capacity, inventory, and floor utilization.

• Recommends measures to improve service quality, increase departmental efficiency, and boost the performance of work crews and equipment.

• Supervises and assists in daily warehouse and shipping operations.

• Ensures stock accuracy by conducting periodic stock takes and/or cycle counting.

• Ensures set productivity and Key Performance Indic

Optimizes warehouse capacity, inventory and floor utilization.  Recommends measures to improve quality of service, increasing efficiency of department and work crew and equipment performance.

Qualifications for the Role

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required
  • 5-8 years of experience in a Manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills (ability to motivate, communicate with, inspire and pull together the people around them).
  • Knowledge of SAP system and Microsoft Office.
  • A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish verbal & written.
