Summary of Position:

We’re seeking a Director of Brand Marketing to lead internal brand strategy and growth for a legal marketing company within the EverService portfolio. This is a high-impact, internal role where you will take ownership of our internal marketing strategy, team management, and performance tracking, all with the goal of expanding our brand presence and increasing monthly lead volume. This role requires a strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves and execute. You'll oversee all internal marketing initiatives, manage content and creative teams, and ensure our brand remains a leader in legal marketing.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Own and evolve one of the legal marketing brands across all touchpoints within the EverService portfolio
  • Develop and execute multi-channel brand awareness strategies to position the brand as a thought leader in legal marketing
  • Drive visibility through strategic content, PR opportunities, and industry partnerships
  • Research and identify high-impact content ideas aligned with SEO and lead-gen goals
  • Ensure content is optimized for organic rankings and user engagement
  • Collaborate with our videographer to manage the production, promotion, and performance tracking of the agencies podcast
  • Coordinate guest scheduling, creative direction, and repurposing content for other channels (social, blog, YouTube, etc.)
  • Lead our social media strategy to drive engagement, brand visibility, and lead generation
  • Oversee content calendar, performance analytics, and platform growth
  • Manage a team of content writers
  • Collaborate with design and video teams to ensure content is visually compelling and on-brand
  • Develop repeatable processes for content production, campaign management, and team workflows
  • Ensure efficient use of resources while meeting deadlines and KPIs
  • Track and report on key marketing metrics: organic traffic, rankings, lead volume, social engagement, podcast performance, and more
  • Use data to refine strategies and improve outcomes
  • Collaborate with our web team to lead design initiatives for a cutting-edge website experience
  • Support paid media efforts, including Google Ads strategy, performance monitoring, and reporting
  • Partner with design and dev teams to optimize landing pages for conversions and improved ad performance

Requirements
  • 7+ years with progressive Marketing experience, preferably within a high-volume, fast-moving digital marketing agency
  • 2+ years of experience managing a team of content editors/writers
  • Multi-channel social media marketing experience driving engagement and visibility across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook/Meta, Instagram, TikTok and others required
  • Proven success growing brand awareness in a B2B or agency environment
  • Experience managing content, creative, and/or marketing teams
  • Strong grasp of SEO, content marketing, and social media strategy
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to inform decisions
  • Ability to develop and refine internal workflows and processes
  • Experience in legal marketing, professional services, or a high-trust industry highly preferred
  • Familiarity with podcast production and repurposing multimedia content
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and landing page optimization
  • Working knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, WordPress, HubSpot, or similar platforms
