Basic Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Active member in good standing of at least one state bar

- 5+ years of experience working as an attorney on matters related to auto finance, product development, technology, and AI
- Experience advising companies on matters of regulatory compliance, including UDAAP, the FCRA, GLBA, ECOA, and TILA
