What You’ll Do:

The Global Field Marketing Organization drives market penetration, customer engagement, and pipeline generation across key regions in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. The team owns regional go-to-market strategy and execution — high-touch account-based marketing, field programs, third-party conferences, executive engagement, and partner-led motions — and works cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, Events, Brand, and Demand to drive customer acquisition and expansion across enterprise and AI-native accounts.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Director of Americas Field Marketing to own the customer engagement and pipeline-generation strategy and execution across the Americas, and to drive the next evolution of field marketing at CoreWeave.

This role will lead and grow an existing team of regional marketing managers, and partner closely with sales leadership to align marketing investments and resourcing around the GEO go-to-market strategy supporting customer acquisition and customer expansion across enterprise and AI-natives. As leader of Field Marketing for Americas, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our regional marketing strategy across high-touch account-based marketing, 3rd party conferences, field programs, executive engagement, and partner-led motions. Your leadership will drive the expansion of CoreWeave’s presence in the dynamic and rapidly evolving Americas AI-Cloud market.

Success is measured by pipeline created and progressed, conversion rates across the funnel, and deal velocity in priority accounts.

In this role, you will:

Regional Strategy & Pipeline Ownership
  • Own the Americas customer engagement and pipeline-generation strategy end to end, carrying accountability for sourced and influenced pipeline targets by segment, territory, and priority account.
  • Align marketing investment and team resourcing to the GEO go-to-market strategy, ensuring the regional plan reflects where Sales is prioritizing acquisition and expansion across enterprise and AI-native accounts.
  • Set the channel mix across ABM, field programs, third-party conferences, executive engagement, and partner-led motions based on ROI analysis and attribution data.
  • Build distinct motions for acquisition and expansion: net-new account penetration and category presence on one side, deeper multi-workload engagement within existing customers on the other.
  • Manage a multi-million dollar regional budget with explicit ROI rationale, and defend allocation and resourcing decisions to marketing and sales leadership.
Sales Partnership & Account-Based Marketing
  • Serve as the senior marketing partner to Americas sales leadership — in pipeline reviews, account planning, and forecast discussions — translating GEO priorities into funded, resourced programs.
  • Direct high-touch ABM against CoreWeave’s priority AI-native and enterprise accounts, partnering with Sales to define coverage, nomination criteria, and progression goals at the account and contact level.
  • Drive disciplined lead and opportunity handoff with Sales and SDR, with agreed SLAs, shared quality definitions, and acceleration plays for stalled or late-stage deals.
  • Build expansion programs alongside Sales and Customer teams that deepen engagement in existing accounts and surface new workloads, teams, and buying centers.
Market Presence & Executive Engagement
  • Expand CoreWeave’s presence across the Americas AI-Cloud market, selecting the third-party conferences, field programs, and technical and developer-led moments where CoreWeave should show up — and holding each to a pipeline thesis.
  • Partner with the Executive Marketing team to connect regional CXO and VP engagement to opportunity progression in named accounts.
  • Work with Partner Marketing to activate partner-led motions in-region, turning joint narratives into named-account plays and co-sell pipeline.
  • Provide clear regional input into global campaigns and launches so they land effectively with Americas audiences and buyer personas.
Data-Driven Optimization & Scalable Systems
  • Manage the KPIs that matter — account and contact coverage, engagement, meetings, sourced and influenced pipeline, conversion rates and stage progression — in Salesforce and the marketing automation and ABM stack.
  • Establish testing and optimization frameworks across messaging, audience, channel, and offer: hypothesis, test, measure, then scale or retire.
  • Build the repeatable systems that make regional growth predictable — program briefs and business cases, target account and contact selection, program templates, and playbooks any territory can run.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations and Revenue Operations on attribution, lead scoring, and reporting so regional investment ties cleanly to revenue outcomes, and deliver post-program reporting that drives explicit go/no-go decisions.
Team Leadership
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of regional marketing managers, hiring to plan as the Americas team scales.
  • Build a team of pipeline-focused field marketers who understand the full customer journey, the sales process, and their own revenue impact.
  • Set clear ownership boundaries and escalation paths so the team coordinates with Events, Partner Marketing, and Demand Gen rather than absorbing their scope.
  • Represent Americas performance and plans in global marketing forums, and partner with EMEA and APAC counterparts on global initiatives.
Who You Are:
  • Experienced regional marketing leader: 10+ years in B2B marketing at high-growth technology or enterprise companies, with direct pipeline accountability across field marketing, demand generation, or ABM supporting the Americas.
  • People leader: 4+ years leading regional or field marketing teams with pipeline accountability, including hiring and developing marketers across a distributed geography.
  • Sales-aligned operator: Proven experience partnering directly with executive sales leadership to shape GEO go-to-market plans, and allocating marketing investment and headcount against territory and account priorities.
  • Account- and deal-centric: Strong grasp of complex, multi-stakeholder personas enterprise deals and how ABM, executive engagement, and field programs influence acquisition, expansion, and close rates.
  • Data and analytics depth: Advanced proficiency with pipeline attribution, conversion analysis, and ROI optimization using Salesforce, Tableau and ABM platforms, and BI tooling.
  • Program range: Demonstrated ability to build across the full regional mix — ABM, third-party conferences, field programs, executive experiences, and partner co-marketing — with clear evidence of pipeline impact from each.
  • AI-curious: Genuinely interested in AI infrastructure and how AI-native and enterprise customers build and scale workloads, with the ability to ramp quickly on CoreWeave’s platform and market to CTOs, CIOs, VPs of Engineering, and AI/ML leadership.
  • Willingness to travel across the region as programs require.

The base salary range for this role is $182,000 to $242,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
