The Digital Systems & E-commerce Lead will develop and manage websites, oversee e-commerce operations, manage CRM systems, and implement AI tools to enhance workflows and drive the company’s digital strategy.

Our client is looking for an Digital Systems & E-commerce Lead (Websites, CRM, AI Integration) to take ownership of their digital ecosystem and drive the technical execution behind multiple growing brands. They operate within a dynamic business environment that has seen steady expansion in digital channels and brand presence in recent years, leveraging modern tools to scale efficiently.
This role blends hands-on implementation with strategic thinking. The selected candidate will initially focus on building and optimizing systems and gradually evolve into leading the entire digital infrastructure across the organization.
- Develop, launch, and manage websites using platforms such as Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, or similar
- Oversee and improve e-commerce operations and lead generation funnels
- Implement and manage CRM systems, ensuring seamless integrations across tools
- Build and maintain automations using platforms like Zapier or Make
- Apply AI tools to enhance workflows, optimize marketing efforts, and increase conversion rates
- Ensure all digital systems are interconnected, scalable, and efficient
- Take full ownership of the company’s digital infrastructure and continuously identify improvement opportunities
- Recommend and implement new tools, systems, and processes to support business growth
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience building and managing websites end-to-end
- Strong background working with CRM systems and integrations
- Experience with automation platforms such as Zapier or Make
- Familiarity with AI tools and their application in business processes
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ownership mindset with a proactive approach to challenges
- Experience managing multiple websites or brands is a plus
- Background in e-commerce optimization and performance improvement
- Basic understanding of paid advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
- Experience working in fast-paced or startup environments
