The Digital Specialist manages paid media campaigns for nonprofits on Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok, ensuring compliance and delivering performance insights.
The Google Ad Grant Specialist will support a portfolio of nonprofit clients by managing and optimizing campaigns within the Google Ad Grant program. In this role, you’ll build and refine search campaigns, ensure full compliance with Google’s grant policies, and deliver performance insights that help nonprofits expand their reach and impact. You’ll work closely with account managers and nonprofit partners to align strategy with mission-driven outcomes, while staying sharp on keyword trends, audience targeting, and platform best practices.
Scope of Work:
- Manage and optimize Google Ad Accounts for a portfolio of nonprofit clients, ensuring full compliance with grant policies and maximizing impact through strategic keyword targeting and campaign structure.
- Analyze performance data to deliver actionable insights and recommendations that align with each organization’s mission and goals.
- Build, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok and LinkedIn Ads. This includes writing ad copy and testing creative assets in partnership with internal teams.
- Strategically manage Meta and LinkedIn Ad accounts and budgets to ensure full utilization and compliance.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights using platform dashboards and Google Analytics.
- Build monthly or quarterly reports and present results to internal teams and/or clients.
- Collaborate with account managers and nonprofit clients to align campaign goals with mission impact.
- Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and nonprofit advertising best practices.
Minimum Qualifications
- 1-2+ years of agency experience.
- 2+ years of digital marketing experience, executing within Google Ad Grants, Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn ads platforms.
- Meta Blueprint Certification and/or LinkedIn Marketing certifications strongly preferred, but not required.
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Search, Display, Video, and Analytics would be a bonus!
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
