Job Overview
We are seeking a Digital Sales Coordinator who will play a key role in maximizing digital revenue opportunities and ensuring flawless execution of client campaigns. This position supports Account Executives and Sales Managers by streamlining campaign setup, monitoring performance, and collaborating across teams to deliver best-in-class digital advertising solutions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about the evolving digital media landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end digital campaign workflow: order entry, creative trafficking, campaign launch, ongoing optimizations, and monthly campaign recaps
- Monitor digital campaign pacing, delivery, and performance; proactively recommend adjustments to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with Nexstar digital operations, research, traffic, and production teams to ensure timely and accurate campaign execution.
- Assist in building digital proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials using market data and insights.
- Provide regular reporting and post-campaign analysis to internal teams and clients.
- Partner with corporate A/R to resolve billing, invoicing, and discrepancy issues related to digital campaigns.
- Stay current on digital advertising products, trends, and KPIs, including impressions, CTR, CPM, audience targeting, OTT/CTV, and social campaigns.
- Deliver exceptional internal and external customer service, supporting sales teams and clients throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in digital advertising, campaign management, or sales support preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with digital platforms such as Google Ad Manager, WideOrbit, or programmatic DSPs is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $75,000 – $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
