Job Description

Are you passionate about shaping the future of product innovation? In this role, you will help drive value for sales, contribute to successful product launches, and consistently exceed expectations. Join our high-performing Digital Sales Products Team and make a meaningful impact by delivering high-quality products that transform the way we do business within Markets.

As a Product Manager – Sales Applied AI & Insights, Vice President – in Digital Sales, you will play a key role in leveraging emerging technologies such as GenAI to create unique products and actionable insights. You will serve as a voice of sales, helping shape the development of cutting-edge products by the Applied AI team. Your responsibilities include driving user engagement, connecting with users and stakeholders to ensure adoption, mapping feedback to product enhancements, and proactively identifying key features to further advance our products.

Job responsibilities:

  • Contribute to and help articulate a compelling product vision and strategy, supporting a clear roadmap
  • Develop user journey mapping and end-to-end requirements
  • Support compliance approvals and collaborate closely with Controls partners
  • Track product adoption targets and maintain regular user engagement
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and serve as a liaison between sales business units and QR, Data Science, and Technology teams
  • Partner with the Chief Data Office to ensure data assets are available and data quality issues are addressed
  • Implement innovative, data-driven insights using GenAI solutions
  • Explore and help implement agentic AI workflows that automate multi-step sales and insights processes, coordinating with the Applied AI team to translate emerging capabilities into practical product features

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Significant experience in product management or a relevant domain
  • Solid understanding of Financial Services and its various Lines of Business
  • Strong knowledge of the product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics
  • Demonstrated ability to support product lifecycle activities, including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Experience leveraging data assets to generate unique insights
  • Proficiency in cloud computing and architecture, ML platform processes, and tools spanning data ingestion, engineering, quality, orchestration, infrastructure, usage/consumption, and data privacy/governance
  • Experience with the ML development lifecycle (MDLC), including annotation, model training, serving, scoring, pre/post-processing, productionization, and feedback capture
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
  • Strong data analysis skills and familiarity with relevant tools and technologies

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
  • Working understanding of machine learning and approaches to building a business development plan
  • Demonstrated ability to market products and collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and all levels of management
  • Ability to explain machine learning governance effectively
