Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative Marketing Specialist to join our Digital Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a junior-level marketing professional to gain hands-on experience across multiple digital disciplines—supporting campaigns and initiatives spanning digital marketing, creative production, performance analytics, and day-to-day operational needs for our property portfolio and corporate marketing efforts.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a passion for real estate and technology, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional environment. This role is perfect for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow while gaining exposure to a wide range of marketing functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Play a key role in our website migration project, helping to move content from our old websites to the new, testing/auditing new websites to ensure functionality and content is correct.
- Participate in various audits and testing on a regular cadence for a variety of digital platforms, including website audits, ILS audits, social media site audits, etc.
- Make regular updates within our content management system for website changes or edits.
- Make website updates and maintain accuracy with property-level specials, income restrictions, and ILS listings
- Assist Content Specialist with social media and video content generation.
- Enter and traffic tasks and tickets in Asana or other related marketing project management software, including assigning tickets, ensuring progress, updating, and closing out in a timely manner.
- Assist with editing/proofing all marketing collateral, websites, signage, social media, etc.
- Manage property video shoot scheduling and participate in the editing process, verifying information accuracy and quality is up to Fairfield standards.
- Assist with SharePoint updates/changes.
- Assist with updates to corporate website and light HTML coding when needed.
- Assist Marketing team with a variety of tasks, including spreadsheet updates, file management, and various other administrative responsibilities as needed or assigned.
- Provide additional backup and assistance when team members are traveling or out of office.
- Assist with scheduling marketing and vendor meetings
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve marketing support across the portfolio
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate, multifamily, or a fast-paced agency environment
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and timelines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), Google Workspace, and comfortable navigating digital platforms
- Familiarity with marketing analytics, digital channels (paid search, SEO, social), or CRM/ILS platforms is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Estimated Rate of Pay:
$69,000.00 - $73,000.00
This position is exempt; the range above reflects annual salary.
The pay range displayed for this position is determined by skills and experience required, location and job complexity*. Potential job offers may vary based on the skills, education, and experience an individual candidate holds. This range reflects base rate only, and does not include allowances, perks, commissions or bonuses applicable to this position (if any). * Pay range is a calculation based on a midpoint price. Fairfield complies with all wage and hour laws, including minimum wage and salary exempt requirements.
