Full-Time | On-Site – Brea, CA

Now, we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help amplify our voice, grow our reach, and attract more customers to our brands.

In this role, you’ll work side-by-side with the Senior Marketing Manager and an experienced digital marketing team, gaining exposure to campaigns that span 20 different brands. Your work will directly influence how our companies show up online, engage audiences, and drive business. If you’re creative, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced marketing environment, this is your chance to make a real impact.

What You’ll Do
  • Create compelling content: Write blog posts, refresh website copy, update image alt text, and design quick-turn graphics that align with our social strategy.

  • Bring brands to life on Google: Manage and update Google Business Profiles (GBP) with posts, photography, and accurate information so customers can find us with ease.

  • Report what matters: Use native reporting tools to analyze campaign performance, uncover insights, and recommend ways to boost results.

  • Collaborate like a pro: Support the digital marketing team with ad hoc projects, lending your creativity and problem-solving skills wherever needed.

What You’ll Bring
  • 1–2 years of digital marketing experience or equivalent (agency or multi-brand experience is a plus).

  • Experience creating content across multiple platforms, writing, graphic design, video editing.

  • Strong skills in marketing and administrative software tools.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Highly organized, able to juggle multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.

  • Sharp research and analytical skills, with extreme attention to detail.

  • A creative, innovative mindset paired with a proactive, solution-focused attitude.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.

  • GBP experience is helpful but not required.
