About Us

We are a premier home construction and Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) builder headquartered in Encino, CA. With 50+ active projects currently under construction across Southern California, we are scaling rapidly. To support our growth, we are bringing our high-budget marketing operations 100% in-house.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, data-driven, and creative Marketing Manager to lead our growth efforts. In this role, you will take ownership of our marketing pipeline—managing high-budget paid ad campaigns, capturing dynamic field content at active construction sites, executing local SEO/E-E-A-T strategies, and systematically transitioning our agency-managed marketing fully in-house.

If you are a growth-minded marketer who thrives on driving real sales leads (CPL/CPA focus), understands high-ticket B2C marketing, and enjoys balancing strategy with hands-on content creation, we want to talk to you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Paid Media & Performance Growth: Direct, run, and optimize high-budget Google Ads (PPC) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) focused strictly on qualified lead generation and maximizing ROAS.
  • In-House Marketing Transition: Manage relationships with external vendors while systematically taking over campaign strategy, landing page optimization, and ad management in-house.
  • Field Content Creation: Periodically visit active construction job sites across SoCal to shoot photos, film short-form videos/reels, and capture transformation footage for social media and ads.
  • SEO & Reputation Management: Oversee website content, local search optimization, Google Business Profiles, and E-E-A-T best practices to improve organic ranking and AI search visibility. Monitor customer reviews and manage our online brand reputation.
  • Analytics & Conversion Optimization: Track performance across Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager. Monitor CPL, CPA, and conversion rates to deliver data-driven growth recommendations.
  • Social Media & Website Management: Maintain company social media channels (Facebook, Instagram) and website content with fresh, engaging visuals and copy.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with executive leadership, sales teams, dispatchers, and project managers to align marketing strategy with sales targets and operational capacity.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience with a proven track record in B2C lead generation.
  • Demonstrated experience managing high-budget PPC/Paid Social campaigns ($70,000+/month spend) on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Strong technical command of performance metrics: CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate optimization (CRO), GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals, local search, and E-E-A-T principles.
  • Creative ability to capture and edit short-form mobile video/photos for social media and ad creative.
  • Background in construction, home improvement, real estate, or high-ticket service industries is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and time-management skills with a self-starter mindset.
  • Must be located in/near Encino, CA with a reliable commute and ability to visit local job sites as needed.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: Competitive salary based on experience.
  • Performance Bonuses: Tiered bonuses tied to lead performance and conversion targets.
  • Long-Term Growth: Opportunity to build and lead a dedicated in-house marketing department in a rapidly expanding industry.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
