We’re seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and scale our performance marketing strategy, with a strong focus on mobile app user acquisition. You’ll own end-to-end campaign execution, manage key agency relationships, and drive high-quality installs and sustainable growth across leading digital platforms.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, strategy, and creative performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve the paid media strategy to drive mobile app growth, optimizing for CPA and ROAS.
- Plan, launch, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across key platforms—including Google, Meta, Apple Search Ads, TikTok, and other emerging networks—leveraging platform-specific best practices and tools.
- Manage day-to-day communication with external agencies and vendors, ensuring strategic alignment and performance accountability.
- Own the digital media budget and be accountable for all performance marketing KPIs.
- Collaborate closely with the Creative team to develop and test high-performing ad creatives. Translate data insights into actionable creative briefs and lead ongoing iteration based on test results.
- Lead a rigorous experimentation roadmap using A/B testing frameworks and real-time data analysis to improve performance across audiences, creatives, bidding, and placements.
- Utilize Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) for attribution and cross-channel performance tracking.
- Apply expert knowledge of SKAdNetwork (SKAN) to structure iOS campaigns, configure conversion values, and recover post-install signals.
- Monitor industry trends in generative AI, conversational marketing, and recommendation engines to identify and evaluate emerging tools that can enhance campaign performance.
Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of U.S. consumer behavior, mobile industry, and performance marketing best practices.
- 8+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing, running large-scale acquisition campaigns in consumer-focused industries.
- Proven success managing and optimizing $3M+ annual performance marketing budgets.
- Strong analytical skills, with deep expertise in mobile attribution and marketing analytics.
- Proficiency with key tools and platforms, including MMPs, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Apple Search Ads, and emerging ad networks.
- Excellent communication skills, a humble attitude, and a genuine passion for collaborating with others.
