About the Job

The Digital Marketing Manager owns the strategy, build, and daily execution of Slide's digital marketing engine. This role drives top-of-funnel demand, amplifies our event peaks, holds momentum between tradeshows, and moves prospects from first touch to booked demo across email, social, web, and paid. Slide's digital foundation is early, so this is an opportunity to shape our digital vision. This role works cross-functionally with Events & Community, Product, RevOps, Sales and agency partners. The ideal candidate is data-driven, moves easily between strategy and execution, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where leaders act as owners.

  • Campaign Execution: Run multi-channel campaigns across email, landing pages, and social for product launches, events, and competitive pushes.

  • Marketing Operations & Reporting: Keep the database clean, manage workflows and build the reports leadership uses to track lead source, funnel performance, and cost-per-demo.

  • Campaign Landing Pages: Build and launch campaign pages, and optimize conversion paths alongside our development partners.

  • Website Management: Own ongoing site updates in the CMS, from case studies and success stories to on-page SEO and metadata, bring in our development partners for the work that genuinely needs them.

  • Event & Webinar Promotion: Own promotion, registration, and follow-up for event pushes.

  • Social Publishing: Manage the organic LinkedIn calendar and amplify what performs.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional digital marketing experience (SaaS, Channel, or MSP experience preferred).

  • Proven track record in B2B environments.

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub strongly preferred.

  • Proven track record of independently building and launching multi-channel campaigns from start to finish.

  • Experience using data, funnel metrics, and database hygiene to drive business insights.

  • Experience updating website landing pages and conversion paths using a CMS. SEO and AEO experience is a plus.

  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write clear, direct marketing content.

  • Uses modern AI tools daily as a force multiplier, with a clear sense of where they add leverage and where they do not.

  • Self-motivated with a high bias for action and comfort building in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in the cybersecurity space is a plus.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage

  • Paid Time Off: Generous paid time off and holiday schedule

  • Retirement Plan: 401(k)

  • Professional Development: Opportunities for training and professional growth

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
