Too Lost Fall 2026 Internship Program


This is an unpaid for credit ONLY internship.

To be eligible you must be:

  • Currently enrolled at a college / university in the United States

  • Program Dates: September 8th to December 11th.

  • Commit to working a minimum of 2 days or 15 hours per week (up to 24)

  • Must work in person from our LA Office

  • Working days must be Monday through Thursdays (no Fridays)

The Role

    Interested in music, strategy, and the business behind the release? Too Lost is looking for driven interns to join our summer program and gain hands-on experience across our LA and NY teams. This is a chance to learn how a modern music distribution company supports artists and partners through strategy, marketing, operations, and deal execution.

    Interns will work closely with the Digital Marketing team and support day-to-day projects, research, coordination, and execution across assigned tasks. 

    This program is built to provide practical experience, mentorship, and exposure to the pace and collaboration required in the music / tech industry.

What You'll Do

    • Pull weekly campaign performance data across Meta, TikTok, Spotify, and YouTube

    • Edit and format short form video content for artist social campaigns

      • Track competitor activity across distributors and indie labels to surface trends

        • Assisting with research, reporting, and internal tracking.

        • Complete a capstone project at the end of the term. 

        • Support day-to-day digital marketing operations and ad hoc projects as needed

What We’re Looking For

    • Strong interest in music and the independent artist space

    • Working knowledge of social platforms and digital marketing fundamentals

    • Video editing chops in CapCut, Premiere, or similar

    • Analytical mindset comfortable with metrics

    • Strong communication, organization, and follow-through

    • Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn

    • Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

    • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Airtable, Canva

    • Bonus: hands-on with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok analytics, or Spotify for Artists
