Senior Salesforce Consultant / Salesforce Technical Lead Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Consultant / Salesforce Technical Lead to lead the design, development, enhancement, and support of our Salesforce ecosystem. This role combines hands-on Salesforce development with technical leadership responsibilities, partnering with business stakeholders and leading a team of Salesforce developers, administrators, and analysts to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, integrations, and enterprise solution delivery, while driving business transformation initiatives across customer lifecycle management, quote-to-cash, customer portals, contract management, and enterprise integrations with HubSpot, NetSuite, DocuSign, Conga, SharePoint, xFilesPro, AWS, and other business systems. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Solution Design & Consulting • Partner with business stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions. • Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and solution design discussions with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, and Finance teams. • Define solution architectures, technical approaches, and implementation roadmaps. • Create functional and technical design documents, process flows, data models, wireframes, and integration specifications. • Recommend Salesforce best practices and platform-native solutions to optimize business processes. Salesforce Development • Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using: o Apex o Lightning Web Components (LWC) o Flows o Validation Rules o Approval Processes o Custom Objects o Custom Metadata o Platform Events o Reports and Dashboards • Build custom applications and reusable components within Salesforce Lightning. •
