Job Description:
We’re looking for a full-time Digital Coordinator to join our team. You will be a part of a team that oversees digital campaigns for entertainment clients - Streaming, Theatrical, and TV.
As an integral member of the digital team, you will work in collaboration with and support the Producers and Head of Digital with digital and social creative executions that span across all platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, X, YouTube, etc.

Responsibilities & Duties
Work closely with Producers and Associate Producers across multiple projects, effectively communicating with production, graphics, and creative teams. 
  • Support on graphics, production and workflow requests for active projects
  • Organize and manage assets and watch and transcribe materials as needed (scripts, screeners, etc.)
  • Research materials and actively participate in project kickoff meetings and brainstorm sessions with the Digital Team
  • Stay up-to-date with pop culture, digital, technology, and social media trends
  • Support Community Management team to:
    • Help maintain social calendars
    • QC content in preparation for posting on social media 
    • Help monitor client social pages and seek any engagement opportunities
  • Strong interest in social media and entertainment 
  • Excellent multi-tasking and communication skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and sense of urgency
  • Collaborative team player with great communication skills and ability to stay focused under pressure
  • Knowledgeable about all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, X, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
  • Knowledgeable about workflow applications (Slack, Trello, AirTable, Frame, etc.)

Additional Information:
  • This position reports to the Head of Digital
  • You must be able to make a daily commute 3 x per week to the office.
  • Regular business hours are Mon-Fri 10am to 7pm.
  • The position is non-exempt (hourly) and pay range is $28-$30 per hour. This is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Actual offers may vary based on work experience.
  • Paid Time Off, Medical, Dental, Vision benefits, 401(k) plus employer matching.
  • Position may require the ability to work evenings, and occasional weekends and holidays.
