Anduril’s Design Team is seeking a Digital & Video Production Coordinator to join our team. The Design Team leads Anduril’s brand identity, visual communication, digital, photography, film, concept art, and industrial design. Our team’s purpose is connecting the mission, people, and products to elevate the Anduril brand.
ABOUT THE JOBAs a Production Coordinator, you will be supporting the Production Manager to execute digital, photo, and video deliverables, from pre-production through post-production. You will play a pivotal role in bringing Anduril's mission and products to life, while pushing the boundaries of digital and video production.
WHAT YOU’LL DO- Assist in prioritizing incoming requests, developing project goals, and coordinating schedules.
- Attend meetings and distill complex discussions into clear comprehensive recaps, with actionable plans.
- Work cross-functionally with comms, design, product marketing, engineering, and business lines to support requests and creative productions.
- Support with pre-production logistics like location scouting, equipment sourcing, schedule coordination, and vendor onboarding.
- Create vital production documents, such as pre-production decks and call sheets.
- Assist in maintaining daily post production pipeline.
- Help sustain upkeep of Digital Asset Management system, including accurate tracking of any music or asset licenses.
- Partner with Production Manager and creative team to drive process across all projects.
- Minimum 2 year professional experience in digital, photo, and/or film production.
- Understanding of creative approach and production processes in digital, photo, and film from pre-production through post production and delivery.
- Familiarity with agency-style ways of working.
- Hands-on team player, reliable self-starter, highly organized and resourceful, with attention to detail.
- Strong and concise communicator, with the ability to articulate clear processes.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites.
- Knowledge of digital asset management, JIRA, Coupa, and Airtable are a plus.
- Must be able to carry and lift loads up to 50lbs.
- Must work on-site at HQ in Costa Mesa, CA.
- Must be willing to travel 25% of the time.
- Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
