Visual Content Creator

Location: Remote (U.S.)

About the Role

Goldin is seeking a highly creative and versatile Visual Content Creator to join our growing creative services team. In this role, you will work closely with producers, video editors, social media managers, marketers, and cross-functional stakeholders to create engaging static visual graphic design content that elevates storytelling across digital platforms, live events, and company initiatives. The ideal candidate is passionate about social-first graphic design, understands platform-specific best practices, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You should be someone who can seamlessly move between social media graphics, video support assets, event materials, presentations, and various design projects across the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Social Content Creation: Design compelling static visual assets for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.

  • Video Support Design: Create graphic elements to support video content, including thumbnails, title cards, lower thirds, end cards, promotional graphics, logos, and motion design elements.

  • Brand & Visual Identity: Develop creative concepts and visual systems that strengthen brand identification, storytelling, and audience engagement.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with video editors and producers to ensure visual consistency across long-form and short-form content.

  • Event & Marketing Support: Design assets for company events, presentations, internal communications, brand merchandise/swag, and marketing initiatives.

  • Project Management: Collaborate with teams across the organization on creative requests and special projects as needed.

  • Asset Management: Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, design systems, and asset libraries.

  • Trend Monitoring: Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging creative formats to continuously improve content performance.

  • Work on a team of creative service professionals to create digital collateral in line with Goldin branding and content guidelines. Partner with cross functional stakeholders on final outputs.

  • Workflow Optimization: Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high creative standards, meeting deadlines, and contributing ideas to improve creative workflows.

Required Experience
  • Professional Background: 4+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within a content, media, sports, entertainment, or digital marketing environment.

  • Digital Expertise: Previous experience creating content specifically for social media platforms and digital audiences.

  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating social content, marketing campaigns, and digital design work.

  • Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically:

    • Photoshop

    • Illustrator

    • After Effects

    • Premiere Pro

    • Adobe Express

  • AI Workflow Integration: Familiarity with or strong interest in utilizing generative AI tools like Adobe Firefly to brainstorm, accelerate creative workflows, and scale asset production.

  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of social media trends, audience behavior, and platform-specific creative best practices.

  • Teamwork: Experience working alongside video production and content teams, with strong communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Design Fundamentals: Excellent visual storytelling, typography, and layout skills.

  • Adaptability: Ability to prioritize multiple projects, work independently in a remote setting, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Industry Niche: Experience supporting sports, entertainment, media, or creator-focused brands.

  • Personal Interest: A passion for sports, pop culture, and collectibles is a major plus.

  • Tool Stack: Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Airtable, Frame.io, and Slack.

  • Workflow Knowledge: Knowledge of video production workflows and digital content publishing processes.

Additional Details

The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:

$71,600 - $123,400

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
