Role Definition
Provides guidance and support on advanced features, customizing, implementing and integrating the digital product.
Responsibilities• Provides support on major and/or critical implementation or operational issues.• Contributes to policies and practices for product design, training, documentation, and problem resolution.• Coordinates with product management on solutions to design, reliability, performance, and maintenance issues.• Supports the execution of marketing technology initiatives from the product roadmap and communicates business requirements to delivery partners.

Level Working Knowledge:• Works with basic assigned digital marketing activities in one's own department.• Participates in customer experience design to increase customer satisfaction and lead generation in digital marketing channels.• Assists in contacting and selecting vendors for digital marketing programs.• Tracks lead generation and conversation rate of each digital marketing channel (email, social media, display advertising, mobile, etc.).• Utilizes various techniques, approaches, and platforms in digital marketing, e.g. Search Engine Optimization, Visual Reality, Search Engine Marketing.

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary for this role ranges from $92,880.00 - $148,608.00. Actual salary will be based on experience. Total rewards package, beyond base salary included:
