About the Role
This role will initially focus heavily on email campaign project management, vendor coordination, stakeholder collaboration, and campaign execution, while also supporting the organization's transition toward in-house marketing automation.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, preferably Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), along with strong email marketing/lifecycle marketing and project management experience.
Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns across multiple brands.
• Partner with marketing stakeholders to define campaign requirements and execution plans.
• Coordinate with external email production/campaign vendors.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, approvals, UAT, and campaign handoffs.
• Collaborate with marketing, technology, UAT, and other cross-functional teams.
• Provide email marketing and campaign execution recommendations.
• Support marketing automation implementation and transition to in-house campaign execution.
• Set up and deploy campaigns using Adobe Journey Optimizer as the organization transitions to the platform.
• Support future-state customer journeys, personalization, and automated marketing initiatives.
Required/Preferred Qualifications:
• 3–10 years of relevant experience; 5–10 years preferred.
• Strong email marketing/lifecycle marketing experience.
• Marketing automation experience.
• Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) strongly preferred.
• Marketo or Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is a strong alternative.
• Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Experience managing vendors and cross-functional teams.
