We enable your best to power our future.

Job Description

The Digital Campaign Manager is responsible for the full lifecycle of our digital advertising
efforts. You will be expected to architect and manage campaigns that move prospects
seamlessly from brand awareness (Top of Funnel) to consideration (Middle) and finally to
conversion/ROI (Bottom).
The ideal candidate does not just read reports; they interpret them. You must be able to look at
a data set, identify the why behind the performance, and provide clear, decisive
recommendations on how to reallocate the budget to ensure every dollar spent is working
toward maximum ROI.

Key Responsibilities
Full-Funnel Architecture: Develop and manage digital campaigns where Top-of-Funnel
(TOFU) awareness feeds Middle-of-Funnel (MOFU) engagement, leading to Bottom-of-
Funnel (BOFU) conversions. Collaborate with Product Marketing and other functions to
build out relevant customer journeys and make recommendations on the content needed
to fuel them.
ROI Optimization: Monitor campaign performance across all channels. You are
responsible for identifying underperforming segments and pivoting strategy in real-time
to protect and grow our ROI.
The Insight-First Reporting: Periodically, you will translate campaign metrics into
executive-level narratives. You won't just report that CTR is up; you will explain why it’s
up and provide a roadmap for doubling down on that success or fixing a leakage in the
funnel.
Sophisticated Attribution: Understand and optimize for the hybrid multi-touch journey.
You will analyze how different channels interact and influence the final conversion.
Hypothesis Testing: Design and lead A/B testing frameworks for ad creative, landing
page experiences, and audience segments to systematically improve funnel efficiency.

Qualifications

Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to map digital tactics to specific stages of the buyer’s
journey.
Advanced Analytics: Expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and platform-native tools
(Meta, Google, LinkedIn) to extract actionable insights.
The "So What?" Factor: Ability to look at a spreadsheet and answer the question "So
what does this mean for our bottom line?" with a concrete action plan.
Financial Literacy: Strong grasp of CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), LTV (Lifetime
Value), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and MER (Marketing Efficiency Ratio).
Technical Proficiency: Experience with pixels, tagging, and tracking to ensure data
integrity across the entire funnel.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
