Hayward Gardens Post Acute is seeking a reliable and compassionate Dietary Aide to support our dietary services department. This role is essential in ensuring residents receive nutritious meals and excellent service in a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

• Assist with meal preparation, tray assembly, and meal service.
• Deliver meals and snacks to residents in a timely and courteous manner.
• Follow resident diet orders and portion control guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, dining areas, and equipment.
• Wash dishes, utensils, and food service equipment.
• Stock supplies and assist with inventory as directed.
• Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and infection control policies.
• Work cooperatively with dietary staff and other departments to support resident care.

• Previous experience in food service, healthcare, long-term care, or hospitality preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Food Handler Card preferred or ability to obtain upon hire.
