Temco Logistics is an experienced provider of final-mile delivery services to leading retailers since 1968. As a product of our reoccurring success, Temco Logistics is now partnering with Home Depot to give clients the Direct from Store experience. Clients will have the ability to order online from their favorite Home Depot store and their items will be promptly delivered by Temco Logistics!

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Regional Director for our Central region. The Regional Director will be responsible for overseeing and providing strategic leadership to our Distribution centers across the region. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, manage the overall performance of the Final Mile delivery Markets, and ensure the efficient and safe operation of the regional distribution network.

Responsibilities:

- Provide leadership and strategic direction for the Distribution centers within the region.

- Drive improved operational performance across the region to meet and exceed business objectives.

- Develop and implement strategies to optimize distribution processes and ensure cost-effective operations.

- Foster a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement within the regional network.

- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the Flatbed market

- Oversee the management of staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

- Proven experience in a leadership role within the logistics or transportation industry, with specific experience in flatbed operations.

- Strong understanding of transportation and distribution operations, including knowledge of regulatory requirements.

- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving continuous improvement.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
