As a web designer for SimplePractice you’ll play a key role on our creative team coming up with fun and compelling ways to bring the SimplePractice brand to life. We’re looking for a web designer that’s eager to create great work and push themselves to help take SimplePractice to the next level. We’re boot-strapped, profitable, and most importantly we’re building a culture of empowerment and support with a product that genuinely helps our customers improve the lives of others.

What you'll be working on:

• Designing marketing webpages and emails primarily, but also print/digital ads, and other marketing assets
• Self-initiated projects that creatively highlights and communicates our brand with an emphasis on conversion and acquisition
• Collaborative campaign planning with the marketing team and other stakeholders
• Assisting when needed with elements of product design

Traits and skills we're looking for:

• A strong eye for detail in design, layout and typography
• Data informed decision making with an instinct for conversion
• Can clearly communicate, and give/receive feedback
• Ability to manage the creative process from conceptualization and planning, all the way to execution
• Adobe Creative Suite, Invision, and Sketch proficiency
• Can handle working under tight deadlines, and juggle multiple projects at once
• An understanding of how to work as a part of a cross-functional team, with multiple perspectives and opinions

Bonus Points:

• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS
• A love for writing and selling
• Familiarity with Google Analytics
• A puppy (office allows dogs)
