FIGS is looking for an awesome Senior Retoucher to join our Digital Art Team. The Senior Retoucher will be responsible for image selection and editing an image to an established aesthetic. This role will report to the Digital Art Director.
What you'll do:

• Utilize color separation, image manipulation, and color proofing for multi-channel distribution in a high volume production environment
• Maintain a dialogue with the Sr. Art Director and Creative Project Manager about workflow and expectations
• Manage outside retoucher freelancers
• Organize, archive and maintain the digital asset management system

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of experience in photo retouching within the Ecommerce and Apparel industry
• Intimate knowledge of Adobe Photoshop with a keen eye for detail
• Comprehensive understanding of photographic vocabulary and terms and be able to have a detail oriented dialogue about the properties of a given image
