Senior Manager, Creative Strategy

We’re looking for a Senior Manager to lead, manage and develop a team of creative strategists who, through innovative creative campaigns, will be a force multiplier of Snap’s Revenue. This role will act as the core leader in driving creative ambition within specific verticals of our revenue business. This person should be a natural leader and a creative catalyst to deliver against advertiser revenue goals, develop highly-effective campaigns for our brand partners and partner closely with Sr. Sales Leadership. The ideal candidate will have world-class communication skills, a proven track record of leading high-functioning teams, an innate ability to navigate seamlessly between creative ideation and business strategy and a strong background in crafting cross-format digital campaigns for advertising partners.

What You’ll Do:
Be the general manager of your team’s Creative Business leveraging transparent, credible revenue tracking and operational rigor to optimize your team’s impact based on business needs
Partner directly with Sales Leadership to deliver against business objectives and revenue goals for specific verticals
Lead a team of seasoned Creative Strategists sitting across in offices across the US
Fuel best-in-class mobile campaigns grounded in video and augmented reality
Represent Snap as a creative thought leader delivering thoughtful and innovative points of view to senior, c-suite clients and at industry events
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and sales leadership to drive vertical solutions, with the ability to surface and lead new and innovative projects that strategic business needs
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proven ability to drive innovation, creativity and revenue
Comfort and ability to manage ambiguity in a fast-paced start-up environment
Excellent presentation and communications skills; trusted and experienced C-level presenter
Ability to organically encourage a culture of creativity and operational excellence
Proven track record of building diverse teams
Proven track record of treating creative as a business -- leading with equal emphasis on innovative best-in-class creative development and business results by maximizing finite resources
Minimum Qualifications:
10+ years of marketing strategy experience with at least 3+ years managing a team
Experience working across brand strategy, campaign planning, integrated marketing, and creative storytelling
Experience partnering closely with Revenue-driving organizations
Preferred Qualifications:
Passion for Snapchat
Combination of agency, client-side and/or platform experience
Proven ability to build inspiring campaigns that solve business needs
Expertise in empowering and developing team members
Ability to command a room and succinctly articulating thought-leading advertising solutions
Comfort level working in both brand and performance advertising
Experience in developing an empowering team members to deliver outstanding creative executions
