SaaS Web Designer
We’re seeking a world-class SaaS Web Designer with entrepreneurial drive who’s looking to take ownership of the impact web design has on a SaaS business. You’ll join a growing marketing team and focus on evolving and managing our web design strategy.
In your first month, you’ll complete our internal training to learn our product and customers, and you’ll work closely with our website team and CEO to deeply understand the intention and empathy behind our unique brand voice. As you learn our industry, you’ll take ownership of our web design strategy by owning the style guide, and working collaboratively with the website team and CEO.
After gaining deep product knowledge, you’ll collaborate closely with the website team and CEO while always thinking like a marketer, considering SEO, conversion, and branding. You’ll stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and customer challenges in order to design more effective landing pages and optimizing conversion funnels.
Initial Responsibilities
- Represent and champion our SimplePractice brand through design
- Work on the style guide and update our current website to version 2
- Gain deep knowledge of current data, and ideate around new opportunities
- Design with SEO best practices top of mind
- Collaborate with Product Design team to help ensure visual consistency for customers
- Earn the trust of our CEO by working closely with him and asking a lot of questions in order to learn our unique, intentional brand voice

Requirements
- 3+ years of SaaS website design experience
- Experience with A/B testing & conversion optimization
- Experience with Google Analytics and other data platforms
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and SEO basics
- Figma experience a plus
- Must be self-motivated to always be learning our customer base and conversion principals
