Creative Lead, Spectacles

We’re looking for a Senior Creative Lead to join Team Spectacles. In this role, you’ll help connect the dots from a strategic and creative standpoint, lead our efforts to elevate Spectacles across the globe, and champion our hardware innovation journey towards the future of the camera. The ideal candidate has an agency background, a sharp eye for design, and a love of all things content, keeping a constant finger on the pulse of culture, and curious about global perspectives. Working cross-functionally with other facets of the company such as Marketing, Communications, and other groups, you will play a leading role in defining and executing creative ideas across all brand touchpoints, finding innovative ways to foster a passionate Spectacles community, and showcasing some of the best content out there. We are looking for an extraordinary Visual Designer, comfortable in taking creative lead on major projects and campaigns, and able to execute personally on a high level.
What you’ll do:
Define and execute Spectacles brand strategy and expression
Inspire the other designers in the team through your work and creativity
Work with our marketing team and creative partners to leverage UGC across social media and grow our community of content creators & fans
Work with our Spectacles Marketing Director to define and execute product campaigns and mobile growth creative strategy across all channels
Develop new ideas for creative experimentation, creative production, analysis and insight reporting
Partner with Growth and Data Science teams to gather insights and translate them into creative solutions that drive performance across all platforms and ad formats
Collaborate with our GSM team to create class leading packaging and POP designs
Work with our UI/UX team to invent engaging, intuitive UI, 2D and 3D augmented reality lenses
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of relevant experience in brand design, ad campaigns and digital marketing
Strong portfolio demonstrating visual expertise across several platforms (online and off)
Experience in launching, managing and executing mobile app UA campaigns
Experience in leading creative teams, partnering with creative agencies, and agile creation of assets at scale
Highly skilled in Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and other Design Tools

Ability to grasp and distill highly complex issues and translate them into targeted, understandable solutions
Worked with UGC on social media
Clear thinker, strategic mind and great eye for elevated aesthetic
Experience with mobile App UI design and sketch
Experience with Retail and E-Commerce
Strong understanding of ads metrics (CPI, CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, ROI, LTV)
Creative and innovative problem solving, and ability to turn ideas in multi-dimensional/multi-channel campaigns
Ability to clearly communicate concepts and designs through sketches, wireframes, high fidelity comps, and prototypes
Demonstrated ability to own, lead and manage projects from conception to execution, final production and delivery
