ServiceTitan is looking for a Creative Director to build and operationalize a world-class creative group. Reporting into the VP of Corporate Marketing, you will own the creative strategy, direction, voice, and personality of the ServiceTitan brand.

You will directly manage a creative team that includes art direction, video production, copy, and project management. You will build a culture that motivates the team to achieve creative excellence across a variety of mediums, including web, email, video, digital, print, and events. You will partner closely with marketing, product design, talent brand, employee experience, and more, to build a category-defining brand and ship creative that brings it to life.

The ideal candidate thrives on storytelling, design and solving complex creative challenges to drive business success. You will play an important role in changing public perception of the trades and shining a light on the critical work that contractors do to keep our life support systems -- air, power, water -- up and running in times of need.

What You’ll Do:

• Guide the development and evolution of our brand, voice, and strategy. Create brand governance and ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all channels.

• Lead a world-class creative team that conceptualizes and develops compelling creative and marketing campaigns that improve awareness, drive revenue, and build brand affinity.

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of our customer, product, and business to design a brand and creative strategy that resonates with our core audiences.

• Own the ServiceTitan brand style guide and work closely with product design, talent brand, demand gen, and other internal stakeholders to ensure our brand is represented consistently.

• Oversee the prioritization of all creative requests, from day-to-day requests to bigger conceptual projects, while managing stakeholder expectations across the organization. 

• Partner with demand generation to design and execute integrated campaigns across multiple touchpoints.

• Recruit, mentor, manage and grow a diverse team of designers, writers, creatives, illustrators, videographers, and agency partners.

What You'll Bring:

• A strong creative director with experience taking business goals and translating them into creative projects. You know how to think big -- and back it up with insights.

• A powerhouse who can move easily between creating content for pitches, immersive digital experiences, social and video as well as copywriting.

• Exceptional leadership skills, including a proven ability to set expectations and rally a team around outcomes, objectives, and business priorities.

• Extensive experience developing, refreshing, and rolling out visual identity systems.

• Proven omni-channel knowledge and ability to both ideate and guide work created for specific media placement.

• Capable of distilling complex ideas into engaging, relevant and impactful storytelling.

• 10+ years of experience as a creative leader at a top technology brand preferred.
