We’re looking for a Creative, Design candidate to join Snap Inc.! As a member of the Marketing Creative team, you’ll partner closely with our Snap product team and Snap Creators, working hand in hand to craft world-class creative work for Snap Inc.What you’ll do:
Create in-app product education videos and content seeding prompts for creators
Ideate on creative ways to communicate new product launches and features to creators
Creatively translate information provided by Partnerships / PMM to create case studies, success stories etc.
Produce high-quality motion graphics, titles and animations
Update projects, graphics, assets and templates to bring existing content in line with the most current product and design guidelines
Develop keynotes, sizzles, speaker bios etc. for virtual industry events
Create mockups and animations for visual concepts, layouts, etc. and rapidly iterate on them to generate and refine new looks
Meticulously recreate accurate representations of the Snapchat app and UI and help visualize and animate unreleased UI and products.
Faithfully and creatively represent the Snap brand in both internal and external projects
Manages ambiguity well in fast-paced environment and has ability to make informed decisions around evolving products
Passion for technology and critical points of view on its impact on people’s lives
Ability to empathize
Ability to think conceptually and transition creative ideas into thought design executions
Ability to present work in a clear and thoughtful manner
Understanding of creative, design and marketing processes
Exhibits a spirit of collaboration, entrepreneurial mindset focused on problem solving
Diligent and detail oriented
Strong communication skills, positive demeanor and an open attitude
Ability to build design systems and think in integrated fashion
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent experience
5+ years of work experience in design (in-house, brand, or agency experience a plus)
Digital video editing and motion graphics experience
Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma and Sketch, Google Docs, Frame.IO knowledge a plus
Experience working with cross functional stakeholders across different verticals and disciplines
Experience crafting simple and compelling presentations, compositions and design systems
Highly curious with a strong desire to learn
Experience distilling sources of information into meaningful inputs
